A little about me!

For many of us, our life journey doesn't always include a healthy "path 4 wellness" right away. The path may include many bumps in the road, or even detours with sharp turns away from healthy choices or circumstances.

While my journey has not been all that unique, I do find it unusual that I can remember as far back as age 7 being drawn to reading books on holistic health and wellness. Not your average reading material for a young girl growing up in the 1970's.

While not without my own share of bumps in the road, I do feel compelled at this stage of my life to share how my "path 4 wellness" has grown through the years from an inquisitive 7-year-old girl into a wife, mother of four grown daughters, and now grandmother of two vibrant young boys.

Besides my life experiences as a wife, mother and grandmother, I have worked professionally in the corporate world doing office administration and accounting. In 2009 while finishing my accounting degree I made a radical turn into the healing arts. I decided to combine my love of health & wellness with my love for business. In 2010 I became a Licensed Massage Therapist (LMT) and went on to become a Reiki Master and Essential Oil Coach just to name a few. For me, both professional and personal relationships overlap my path like a Venn diagram.

I can give you tools to improve your health and wellness so you feel more energized and self-confident. I will personally guide you in making simple, yet effective shifts, whether you're wanting to improve upon what you've been doing, make some sustainable changes, or perhaps even learn from my own experience.
